Motspur Park PANDAS Support Group (Mondays every 2 weeks, 11am-12pm) Aiming to provide a safe and supportive environment for mums and dads affected by parental anxiety and depression

Kiddirama Tots 10am – 11am first and second Tuesday of the month jam-packed with story, drama, songs, movement and games.  £1.50 per child

Knit & Natter  11am-1pm Bring your own knitting or crochet.  We also knit items for various charities or for sale to raise funds for them. This year we have made blankets for the Cats Protection League and for the Premature Baby Unit.  We have also made hats, gloves and scarfs for the homeless as well as poppies for the British Legion.  Free tea or coffee provided.

Falun Dafa 5.30-6.30pm This is a traditional Chinese qigong meditation practice to improve mind and body, with simple, easy to learn exercises for all ages and abilities. No booking required.

Local History Evening Talk 22 February  7.15pm Secret Kingston  by Julian McCarthy archivist of Malden & Coombe Heritage Society.The talk will explore lesser known aspects of Kingston's past

FABULOUS FRIDAYS:  10am – 1045am)  Make, Move and Melody Time followed by Book Time. Go wild on Fridays as we tell stories, sing familiar rhymes and songs,  Suitable for 18 months – 5 year olds but babies are welcome ☺
Rock Rhyme & Rhythm Time 11am – 11.45 am. Have fun on Fridays as we go on a journey singing, rhyming, rocking and moving along to the sound of e.g. splashing waves, swishing grass…Feel the rhythm of stomping animals, clacking insects followed by Book Time when we read, play, chat, chill  Suitable for babies 0 – 18 months but older children are welcome ☺

Kids Knit & Natter  4 February, 1.30-3pm then every first Saturday of the month) Knit & Natter will be teaching your children how to knit. Adults also welcome!

Children’s Craft Saturday 10 February, 2-3pm.  Bring the children for fun craft activities.  No need to book

Colour and Chat  2pm - 4 pm Relax unwind and join in the new colouring craze

New BOOK CLUB we want to introduce a second book club to focus on a single genre: probably Crime & Thrillers ( as the most borrowed category of books for adults at West Barnes).
