    EXPLORE LEARNING: PHONICS Thursday 26 October 10.00 - 11.00 a.m. Are you learning your phonics at school? Come to our workshop for a memorable hour of fun, phonetical games - guaranteed to make you a phonics fiend. For ages 5-6 years. Booking required.

    KNIT & NATTER Thursdays 11.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.  Bring your knitting or crochet. We are a small group of regular knitters. We also knit items for various charities or for sale to raise money for them. This year we knitted outfits for the 'Fish & Chips' babies in Africa, hats and scarves for the homeless, and twiddle muffs for dementia sufferers. We also held four sales and raised and donated over £290 for the following groups: Hemi Help, Cinnamon Trust, Merton Independent Living, Wimbledon Friendship Group, Hydon Hill Cheshire Home, Friends of West Barnes Library. Free tea or coffee provided.

    FALUN DAFA Thursdays 5.30 - 6.30 p.m. Falun Dafa or Falun Gong is a traditional Chinese qigong meditation practice to improve mind and body, with simple easy to learn exercises for all ages and abilities. No booking required.
