KNIT & NATTER.  Thursdays 11.00am--1.00pm.  Bring your knitting or crochet. We are a small group of regular knitters. We also knit items for various charities or for sale to raise money for them.  Free tea or coffee provided.

FALUN DAFA. Thursdays 5.30pm--6.30pm.  Falun Dafa or Falun Gong is a traditional Chinese qigong meditation practice to improve mind and body, with simple easy to learn exercises for all ages and abilities.  No booking required.
